Yasen Vasilev

Bulgarian artist Yasen Vasilev is a dramaturge, poet, playwright, and choreographer whose talents represent a somewhat surprising combination of artistic practices and media — something that happens less often than one might wish. In 2020, he received the Central European Initiative Award at our oldest international literary festival, Vilenica. The award is intended to encourage cross-border cooperation and promote literature by young authors from the CEI member states.
